Shared lives

The South East Wales Shared Lives Scheme offers a unique community based service for adults who need care and support.

We match individuals with compatible Shared Lives carers who offer to share their home, family and community lives.

Our carers come from all walks of life and choose to care for a wide variety of reasons. They are united through their enthusiasm commitment and positive motivation to make a real difference in people’s lives.

There are several different types of Shared Lives placement to suit each individuals need; long term, respite, sessional support and emergency.
