02 June 2008
Wildlife fans of all ages can find out more about our furry and feathery friends by completing a special Biodiversity Bootcamp this weekend.
The free family event will take place on Sunday 8th June 2008 at Bargoed Park between 11:00am and 4:00pm.
There will be a host of free activities including bug sweeping, mini beast hunting, imagining yourself as a mole, an ant, an otter and a flower – survival is the name of the game! You will also have a chance to make a bird box, help to make an otter holt, make a mask and have your face painted.
Refreshments will be available at the event.
