Why not 'hop, skip and jump' along to Caerphilly Leisure Centre for a brand new athletics academy, starting next week.
Starting on Wednesday 25th May and running from 4-5pm, the six-week programme is aimed at children aged between 7 and 11.
It costs £19.50, and is run by fully qualified and CRB checked UKA coaches.
It promises to help improve core sports skills, is fun and rewarding, there are certificates and prizes to be won, and there will even be visits from members of the GB Athletics team.
