>Wales' Favourite Playwright Frank Vickery will be wowing audiences at Blackwood Miners' Institute from Monday 11th June – Wednesday 13th June, when he stars in his own smash hit comedy Granny Annie.
The play follows the adventures of possibly the worst amateur dramatic company ever as they prepare for the opening of their latest musical production – which promises to be the biggest theatrical disaster of all time!
The laughs come thick and fast as we follow their antics in the dressing room each night as they stumble their way through a disastrous but hysterical week, culminating in a finale to remember…
This is arguably the funniest Vickery comedy of his career and stars Frank Vickery as Teddy, Richard Tunley as Colin, Lynn Hunter as Rose, Lorraine John as Joyce, Michelle McTernan as Babs, Pat Wright as Liz, and Hugh Thomas as Hyden and Marie Arnold as Vi.
Granny Annie is at Blackwood Miners' Institute from Monday 11th – Wednesday 13th June at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost just £12.00/ £11.00 and are available from the box office on 01495 227206 or online at www.blackwoodminersinstitute.com
