>Caerphilly county borough council is encouraging people of all ages to develop skills or learn new ones during Adult Learners Week during a FREE Learning Festival.
The Learning Festival runs from Saturday 12th May – Sunday 20th May and features an abundance of activities for people to take part in, whether they want to learn a new skill to take up as a hobby or improve their prospects in their career.
Events such as Photography for Beginners, Nail Art Taster Sessions and Creative Card Making will provide opportunities for participants to learn a fun and engaging skill, while classes such as Computers for Beginners and theMore Advanced, Working Skills for Adults - CV Workshop, and College Information Evenings are available for those who want to get a job, or progress in their careers.
The importance of learning and development is highlighted during Adult Learners Week and regardless of your interests and aims, there is a session for everyone to take part in.
