A469 Caerphilly - A469 Llanbradach By-Pass closed and delays in both directions between the Coed-y-Brain Road junction in Llanbradach and the Dyffryn Roundabout junction in Ystrad Mynach, because of a building fire at a Recycling Plant and some smoke blowing across the road.
We are currently putting diversions in place but expect long traffic delays for the next few hours.
