Shoppers in Blackwood town centre will soak up the festive atmosphere once again this year at Blackwood's Christmas Market!
The fun-filled weekend, taking place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th December, will offer fun for all the family and opportunities to stock up with Christmas treats aplenty. The High Street will be filled with food and crafts stalls, funfair rides and traditional entertainment.
The opening times are 9am until 5pm and Saturday 3rd December and 10am until 4pm on Sunday 4th December.
To fit in with the festive theme, entertainers such as the 'Gold Bauble', an 'Elf Juggler' and a 'Green Stilt-Walking Christmas Tree' and many more will delight visitors to the town! For an added attraction, Santa will also be there with REAL reindeers… see Santa as he switches on the towns Christmas lights on Saturday 3rd December at 4pm.
Capital FM's Street Stars will also be at the Christmas lights switch on – and will be playing games with plenty of prizes to be won!
Also at the Blackwood Christmas Market, why not take part in a crafts workshop, where children of all ages can make a lantern, ready to join the parade through the town on the 8th December.
