Unfortunately the grand final of Caerphilly's Got Talent did not take place on Sunday 21st September. Power was lost unexpectedly in the middle of technical rehearsals and Caerphilly Leisure Centre plus the surrounding homes and public buildings were without electricity for over three hours.
The electrical fault was a result of damage caused by the fire at the former Jupiter building on Virginia Close on the previous thursday.
All the organisers, contestants and audience were hugely disappointed but the show will go on and the event will now take place at Blackwood Miners' Institute on Sunday 12th October at 6:00pm.
All those with tickets for the event are valid for the new date and anyone requiring more tickets can still purchase them through the Blackwood Miners' Institute Box Office on 01495 227206. Anyone not able to make the new date should contact the Box Office for a refund.
