Caerphilly County Borough Community Safety Partnership are appealing for kind-hearted volunteers who have a few hours a week to spare, to provide confidential administrative support to Safer Caerphilly MAC (Multi Agency Centre) for victims of domestic violence, situated in Ystrad Mynach.
The MAC is a one-stop shop for victims of domestic abuse and their families. Their aims are to reduce the number of agencies that victims often need to approach in order to get the help they need, to increase the swiftness of response and the safety of the victims and their children.
Funding currently doesn't allow for the MAC to appoint any paid for administration staff, therefore meaning that voluntary contributions are vital if the Agency is to continue the commendable work it does within the community.
