The weather may have hampered the last two attempts at holding this event earlier this year, but if you are passionate about skateboarding or have BMX skills, why not check out the Nelson Skate/ BMX / Scooter Jam on Saturday 17th September.
This event has seen major success over the past few years and is a result of a multiagency partnership between the Nelson Village Partnership, Caerphilly County Borough Council and EC Cycles.
The event is set to be the best yet with demonstrations by: Extreme Culture, Kill City, Elemental Force and Matti Hemmings as well as DJ Music, Dr. Bike Workshop, Bike Postcoding, Climbing Wall, Graffiti Art and refreshments.
Please note that children under the age of 16 will need parental consent to enter the competition. Registration will start from 10.30am and the competition will run from 11am - 4pm.
