Karen Carpenter a musical icon of the 70's is alive in spirit in the form of Carole Gordon.
Carole's musical tribute Voice of the Heart will take an audience at Blackwood Miners Institute on a musical journey through the greatest hits of The Carpenters on Friday 21st October 7.30pm.
This memorable concert features all the classic hits such as Yesterday Once More, Goodbye to Love, Close to You, Only Yesterday, Top of the World, Sweet Sweet Smile, and Jambalaya, plus popular songs from Karen Carpenter's last and most poignant album, Voice of the Heart.
With superb vocals from Carole and outstanding talent from the brilliant Blue Jeans Band & Singers it will be a "sparkling" night to remember.
