The Community Planning Beacons Grant Scheme for the voluntary sector has come to an end after three years of success.
The scheme, a partnership between Gwent Association of Voluntary Organisations (GAVO) and the council, was funded by the Welsh Assembly Government's Communities Facilities and Activities Programme.
The grant scheme aimed to support voluntary organisations with projects that supported the work of the Community Strategy.
Over the three year period the grant scheme has funded 33 projects and fully allocated the £351,000 available.

A Showcase Event will be held in the near future, promoting how the work of the voluntary sector is enhancing the Caerphilly Beacons.
