Cllr Ron Davies, Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning said, "Business owners are often put off applying for financial assistance for their business because they think the process is both time consuming, and that it will take a long time to get a decision".
He continued, "This series of road shows is excellent in that they will help dispel these myths, and provide some invaluable information and support to business owners across our county borough".
The aim of this FREE service is to help business owners with their applications and inform them on whether they are likely to be eligible for financial assistance, with the aim of getting the decision on their completed application back to them within two weeks.
The road shows will also be an opportunity for business owners to discuss their expansion plans with the Advisory Services team and learn about how the team could possibly help them to secure funding for all forms of capital expenditure including websites.
So to find out if your business is eligible, why not come along to one of the road shows?
Businesses can also contact the Advisory Services team on 01443 866 222 or email business@caerphilly.gov.uk to arrange appointments. The team will then come out and see business owners at a time that is convenient for them.
