Music lovers across the Caerphilly county borough can spend a lazy Sunday afternoon in the park soaking up the sun and relaxing to the sound of live brass bands.
This weekend sees the start of a programme of live music events taking place in Bargoed, Caerphilly, Crosskeys and Nelson. The popular annual 'Bands in the Park' performances attract people of all ages who flock to their local park for an afternoon of gentle entertainment.
The full programme is as follows – all performance times are 2.30pm to 5.00pm:
