>Live music fans are in for a real treat next month, as three fantastic artists are coming to Blackwood for an explosive live music event!
Saturday 11th June at 7.30pm will see Music Wales Ltd's summer tour arrive at Blackwood Miners' Institute for Live Music Night!
On the bill is Paul Child, who is Wales' biggest selling independent recording artist. His unique ability to charm the audience this his performance is a result of years working his way through the Welsh Valleys Working Mens' Clubs, and through the years building a mass of loyal fans.
A regular performer at the Millennium Stadium, Paul has led the Welsh National Anthem for the Wales rugby and football teams on numerous occasions.
Also starring will be Boyd Clack, star and writer of some of Wales' best loved television programmes such as 'Satellite City', 'High Hopes' and 'Baker Boys'.
Boyd is one of Wales' best known faces, and he will be performing songs from his self penned debut album 'Welsh Bitter' on the night.
Completing the line-up is Blackwood born Jamie Pugh, who shot to fame when his audition of 'Bring Him Home' on Britain's Got Talent brought the nation to a standstill. Who could fail to be entertained and moved by his powerful and emotive voice?
Tickets for the Live Music Night cost £12 and £10 for concessions.
