Take a walk up Cwmcarn Forest Drive next Saturday (28thJuly) and admire the stunning scenery and learn a bit of history during the Coal, Celts and Contrast walk.
This strenuous 7 mile walk will take you to the top of Twmbarlwm where you can really appreciate the beauty of the Welsh Valleys and the breath-taking views across to the Beacons and the Bristol Channel. On return to the visitors centre a tea/coffee and a slice of cake will be waiting.
Meet at the Visitor Centre at 10am with your walking gear, sturdy footwear and a packed lunch. Booking is essential and it will cost £3.50 per adult and £2.50 per child.
