Some fabulous photography has already been submitted for Caerphilly County Borough Council's Facebook calendar competition, with nearly 60 photos entered for the first half of the year!
The council is now looking for summer images to represent JULY, AUGUST and SEPTEMBER! The sun may not be shining, but it is technically summer so local people are being encouraged to catch a glimpse of the sun for a chance to win an iPad!
Anyone with a camera can take part, as all local people are being encouraged to capture seasonal snaps from across the county borough, and upload the pictures to Caerphilly County Borough Council's facebook page.
The council will then compile the best photos to feature in a special calendar of images, showcasing the beauty of our area, with one picture being selected for each month of the year.
At the end of the year the winner of the best picture from three categories will win an iPad each (Under 16s, Over 16s, and Professional/Camera Club)
The competition is open to anyone who lives in Caerphilly county borough. All photos which are entered must be the original work of the entrant and must not already be entered for any other competition.
