>It's been a busy few weeks for Caerphilly Business Forum - a new chair, officers and board members have been elected, and now the Marketing and Events Officer has relocated to offices at Tredomen Business and Technology Centre where she can work closely with Caerphilly County Borough Council's Business Enterprise Support Team.
Caerphilly Business Forum is the county borough's most successful independent local business network, and has just launched their 11th Caerphilly Business Forum Awards.
Whilst remaining an independent lobbying organization and representative body for businesses in the local area, the Caerphilly Business Forum continues to forge strong working links with the Council.
Already a number of highly successful joint and partnership events have been held, including Meet the Buyer and Get Caerphilly Working.
Natalie Wyatt, Marketing and Events Officer for Caerphilly Business Forum said, "I am delighted to locate to the offices at Tredomen Park and I am already planning a number of joint events with the Business Enterprise Support Team including Meet the Buyer and also eCommerce Seminars. These events will be of benefit to both Caerphilly Business Forum Members in addition to the local business community."
Cllr. Ken James, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Planning and Sustainable Development welcomed the move. He said, "We are extremely pleased to be strengthening the links between ourselves and Caerphilly Business Forum. By working together we can help support and build thriving businesses that will offer more opportunities to residents."
