Sport Caerphilly will be offering up a summer of exciting activities for children aged 8-12 during the upcoming school holidays, at Blackwood Comprehensive School and Newbridge Leisure Centre.
Boys and girls of all abilities are invited to come along and join in the fun with a host of Olympic inspired activities such as Football, Hockey, Basketball, Athletics, Swimming and many more.
The Newbridge Leisure Centre Summer Scheme runs Monday – Friday, from 23rd July – 31st August between 10am-3pm. Each day costs £4.50 per child with registration starting at 9.30am.
The Blackwood Comprehensive Summer Sports Scheme runs Monday – Thursday, from 23rd – 16th August between 10am-1pm. Each day costs £4, but if a child wants to attend all four days in one week they only pay £12!
Parents are reminded that children will need a change of clothes, snacks and plenty to drink, and in the case of the Newbridge scheme, lunch and swimming kit will also be required.
