SPONSORING 'THE BIG BALLOON'
The Big Balloon festival in association with Arrow Ford offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for one of Wales’ biggest and best FREE events of 2009. Opportunities for the event are varied, offering the potential for your company to gain the corporate identity it deserves.
Below are some of the sponsorship opportunities available at next year’s event. All packages are adaptable to help meet the needs of your particular organisation. Available Sponsorship Packages
Overall Event Sponsor
The overall event sponsor will benefit from all promotional campaigns devised for the event, including all available TV, Radio and Press campaigns, and will play a key role throughout the event.
Sponsor Benefits
- The event name will incorporate the sponsors name in the title of the event wherever advertised after the date of the sponsorship agreement.
- One Balloon Flight for two persons during the weekend. (Subject to weather conditions)
- The sponsors name will be included on any promotional material designed after the sponsor agreement.
- Four invites to the mass launch reception on the Saturday afternoon.
- On site presence.
- Minimum of 10 public address announcements throughout the weekend.
- Four onsite Banners around the balloon arena.
- Logo/Name included on 80,000 leaflets/flyers and 500 posters.
Nightglow Sponsor
The Saturday evening will celebrate the introduction of this new event enlightening the event with glowing balloons and fireworks, lighting up the summer skies.

- A minimum of 8 announcements over the public address system throughout the event.
- A tethering display slot for 2 persons. (Subject to weather conditions)
- Two invites to the mass launch reception on the Saturday afternoon.
Balloon Arena Sponsor
The focal point of The Big Balloon event is a central 60m by 80m arena for the mass launch display of hot air balloons, for visitors to watch the balloon tethering displays and launches throughout the day.

- A minimum of 4 announcements over the public address system throughout the event.
Funfair
The event will comprise of a traditional funfair with an exciting range of rides for both young and old to enjoy. The funfair will be open from 12.00pm until 10.00pm on Saturday 29th August, 12.00pm until 8.00pm on Sunday 30th August and 12.00pm until 8.00pm on Monday 31st August.

Sponsorship Notes
All onsite banners offered as part of the sponsorship packages are specified as available space, the production of banners is the responsibility of the sponsor.
There are concession agreements in place that prohibit the introduction of certain activities at the event such as catering and funfair. Please ring for further details or queries.
