KITE FLYING DISPLAY
Come wind or rain, this year the festival will not be brought to a stop because of the weather. If the balloons cannot take flight there will be colourful kite displays to keep you entertained. Paul and Helene Morgan of Skybums will perform tricks in the main arena using high quality, high performance kites that they have designed and built.
