Come along to the bustling town of Blackwood to experience their Christmas Market. There will be plenty to see and do as you browse the stalls for that unusual Christmas gift.

The town will be filled with craft stalls, traditional entertainment, funfair rides and children's workshops where the children can make a lantern in readiness for Blackwood's lantern parade on 8th December.

Blackwood also has an excellent selection shops so rest assured you will find all you are looking for in one location.

Shopping

The town centre will be open as usual. There is a fantastic selection of shops within the town centre along with high quality cafes and public houses for visitors to have a bite to eat or a relaxing drink.

Parking

Wesley Road car park will be closed for the duration of the event - 7pm on Friday 2nd December until 10pm on Sunday 4th December.

All other car parks in and around the town centre will remain open. Each car park has a designated number of spaces for blue badge holders.

Directions

Exit Junction 32 off M4 and take the A470 north bound for about 5 minutes. Turn off at Caerphilly junction and follow the signs for Caerphilly then Ystrad Mynach. Once you reach Ystrad Mynach follow signs for Blackwood.

Toilets

Toilets are available at Blackwood Interchange. Chemical toilets are also situated at either end of the High Street.

Disabled access

Access to the site is good with most of the events taking place on hard standing surfaces.
