The number of trade stands attending the Caerphilly Medieval Christmas Fayre has dramatically increased over the last few years and we now host over 80 stalls through the high street along with approximately 10 medieval stalls in the castle walls, as well as a craft Fayre in the visitCaerphilly centre, a continental market and farmers market totalling an impressive 120 plus traders.

The cost of exhibiting at the event varies for castle pitches and town centre pitches.

Traders in the town will be provided with an 8ft by 8ft stall and one trestle table or counter. The cost of a stall is £100 plus £30 for electrical and £10 for a hand wash unit if required.

Castle pitches are applicable for medieval traders only. Costs can be confirmed by contacting Caerphilly Castle on 029 2088 3143.

Your details will be added to the contact database and all forms will be sent out in the January prior to the event, in order to allow all potential applicants a fair chance of being granted a stall at the event. All applications are dealt with on a first come first serve basis.

If you would like to be involved in the event and provide sponsorship towards improving/enhancing the event, we welcome local and regional businesses to be involved in the event.

Last years event attracted over 10,000 visitors with the website receiving over 10,000 hits in December alone.
