The Caerffili Cwm a Mynydd RDP Partnership has developed a long-term vision for rural focused regeneration in Caerphilly, aligned with the Caerphilly Community Strategy vision.
The vision seeks to provide opportunities to encapsulate all that is considered distinctive to Caerphilly in its role as both a South Wales valley authority and also a predominately ‘rural’ area:
“To create and foster viable and sustainable rural communities where the distinctiveness of Caerphilly borough is promoted and where appropriate, enhanced, to improve the overall quality of life and opportunities for people living in those communities”.
