Caerphilly Library Service is in the process of reviewing how well we perform as a service. We are particularly keen to get your feedback as local residents, and in many cases library customers.

Recent consultation exercises have shown that libraries are well used by local people and well respected in the communities they serve with over 60% of local people having joined the library and used the service at some point.

Caerphilly Libraries has 19 libraries and 4 mobile libraries that reach communities across the authority and provide housebound residents with access to library services.

We are looking for your feedback, and suggestions, on how best we can develop and improve library services against a background of standstill or diminishing finances.
