Active Life Aerobics
From Thursday February 11, an Active Life Aerobics Class will take place in the Dance Studio between 12noon and 1pm.
Glide and Tone / Pilates
From Friday January 8, Glide and Tone will start at 6.00pm in the Dance Studio and Pilates will start at 6.45pm finishing at 7.30pm.
Swimming
Come along and enjoy one of Caerphilly Leisure Centre's many swim sessions and water-based activities. Why not give our daily public swim slots a go or do a few laps in our Adults Only sessions?
