Further develop your exercise programme with Caerphilly Leisure Centre's one to one training

Caerphilly leisure centre Lifestyle Fitness Suite, with its extensive and varied exercise equipment, has something to offer everyone. Whether you want to lose weight, tone muscles, increase fitness, muscle or strength we can help. The fitness suite offers a combination of over 50 cardiovascular and resistance machines, situated throughout three seperate rooms. All fitness staff are extensively trained and are able to offer expert advice in order to help you acheive your desired goals. In addition we offer regular assessments to monitor your progress free of charge.

Following your workout, why not unwind in our relaxing Lifestyle health suite equipped with a sauna and steam room. A perfect way to relax tired muscles.

Joining Lifestyle Fitness
On your first visit to the Lifestyle Fitness Suite you will receive an induction in the use of the fitness equipment and a fitness-training programme tailored to your needs by one of our fully qualified fitness instructors. Inductions last approximately an hour.

You can enjoy these facilities on a pay as you go basis or subscribe to one of our value-for-money monthly membership packages. If you pay for your membership by Direct Debit, you can enjoy additional benefits including a free personal training and fitness testing session.

Please note: Payment and completion of the Medical Questionnaire are required prior to Induction. A Pre Exercise Consultation may be required depending on the outcome of the Medical Questionnaire. Induction appointments are made at the reception.
