If you are a serious or a casual swimmer then Cefn Fforest Leisure Centre is the place for you. The centre offers a four lane swimming pool which is twenty five meters in length and is ideal for healthy and enjoyable pursuit of swimming. A wide range of activities are available in the pool including Aquafit, Swimming Lessons and Sub Aqua.

Pool Admission Policy

Under 8's - any children under the age of 8 years must be supervised by a responsible adult (16yrs+) in a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children.

Under 5's - must wear appropriate safety aids e.g. swim Jacket and Arm Bands - which are available FREE on poolside.

Babies Under 2 - must wear a seated Buoyancy Aid - which are available FREE on poolside.

Children who need swim Jackets or Arm Bands must stay in the shallow end and remain supervised by an adult.

Children are permitted in the deep end area of the pool if they can swim one length in a recognised stroke.
