Children under 4
Free use [excluding parties and crèche].

Carers
Individuals that provide assistance and facilitate access to services by disabled customers shall be entitled to free use.

Athletes
Promising and talented athletes who meet our Sports Development criteria will be entitled to free access for training purposes.

Junior
Those customers 18 years of age and under shall be charged a concessionary rate at all times. As a result of a WAG funded initiative, swimming for all juniors will be free during holiday periods.

Customers over the age of 60
Shall be charged the concessionary rate at all times. As a result of a WAG funded initiative, swimming for all customers over the age of 60 will be free at all times.

Unemployed + Low Income
Customers on Job Seekers allowance, in receipt of income support, guaranteed pension credit, housing benefit and council tax rebate shall be charged the concession rate at all times. This concession includes dependents.

Students
Individuals who are engaged in full time study shall be charged the concessionary rate at all times.

Disabled
Individuals who are permanently unable to work as a result of their disability shall be charged the concessionary rate at all times. This concession includes dependents.

Documentary evidence will be required and staff will be encouraged to engage discretely with concessionary users.
