Lifestyle Fitness Suite
Activate gym membership gives young people aged 11 -15 the opportunity to use the Lifestyle Fitness Suite by joining an Activate course. Activate members can use the gym as follows:

Induction is carried out on the same days as activate courses. Only 2 children are allowed per induction. Successful participants are given a membership card and a training programme.

Gym Joey (junior gymnastics)
Monday 4:45pm - 5:30pm and 5.30pm - 6.15pm £30.00 per class
This course is for children aged 3 - 5 years. All coaches are British Amateur Gymnastics Association (BAGA) qualified and lasts 10 weeks. At the end of the course most children will receive a BAGA award. Start date 12th May 2008.

Child Safety
Parents/guardians of children under the age of 8 years should not leave the leisure centre while that child is partaking in a lesson/activity.
