Lifestyle Fitness Suite
Activate gym membership gives young people aged 11 -15 the opportunity to use the Evolution fitness suite by joining an Activate course. Activate members can use the gym as follows:

Induction is carried out during Activate sessions (as above). Only 2 children are allowed per induction. Successful participants are given a water bottle, Activate T-shirt, membership card and a training programme. The Activate T-shirt must be worn on each visit to the gym. This enables fitness staff to locate junior gym members to ensure they are following our health and safety rules.

Junior Karate
Monday & Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Sports Hall)
For children aged 5 - 16.

Gym Joey (Junior Gymnastics)
Sunday 9:30am - 10:30am - 11:30am - 12:30am (Sports Hall) £26.00
This course is for children aged 4 - 7 years. All coaches are British Amateur Gymnastics Association (BAGA) qualified and lasts 13 weeks. At the end of the course most children will receive a BAGA award.

Summer Holidays
Newbridge Leisure Centre offers a wide range of fun activities to suit all ages including arts, crafts, football, basketball, swimming, dancing and volleyball.
A playscheme is also provided for children aged 8 - 13 years of age.
