Pontllanfraith Leisure Centre now has a new Lifestyle Fitness Suite with an extensive range of exercise equipment. Whether you want to tone, lose weight. Build strength or increase stamina we can help. Why not include our classes in with your fitness schedule and make your training more varied and enjoyable.

Joining Lifestyle Fitness
On your first visit to the Lifestyle Fitness Suite you will receive an induction in the use of the fitness equipment and a fitness-training programme tailored to your needs by one of our fully qualified fitness instructors. Inductions last approximately an hour.

You can enjoy these facilities on a pay as you go basis or subscribe to one of our value-for-money monthly membership packages.

Please note: Payment and completion of the Medical Questionnaire are required prior to Induction. A Pre Exercise Consultation may be required depending on the outcome of the Medical Questionnaire. Induction appointments are made at the reception.
