Lifestyle Fitness Suite
Activate gym membership gives young people aged 11 -15 the opportunity to use the Evolution fitness suite by joining an Activate course. Activate members can use the gym as follows:

Induction costs £11.00 Induction times Monday to Friday before 5:00pm plus Saturday & Sunday between 9:30am - 5:30pm. Successful participants are given a water bottle, membership card and a training programme.

Fitkids £1.80 per session
Sunday 10:30am-11:30am - Fitness Activities for children 5-10years
(free swim 11:30am -1:00pm)
Thursday 5pm - 6pm - Fitness Acticvities for children 5-10 years
(free swim 6pm-7:45pm)

Junior Boot Camp £1.60 per session
Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Gymnasium)
This class is held in a warm and fun atmosphere featuring the latest chart hits. It combines cardiovascular and resistance training to enhance the fitness of young people aged 11 -15.
