School rates(see Education & Learning Schools and Vocational/Adult ) Opening Times Weekdays: 10.00am – 5.00pm Last admission to the house is 1 hour before closing. Please allow at least 1½ hours to see the house and additional time to view the gardens and exhibition. Closed from 24th December to 2nd January annually. Visitor facilitiesCar and coach parking is free of charge. Dogs/PetsWe regret that dogs and pets are not allowed in the Manor or formal gardens. Guide dogs excepted. Public transportBus travel - there are 2 routes serving Llancaiach Fawr and both stop at the bus shelters outside the main entrance. Route X38 (Pontypridd - Nelson - Llancaiach - Bargoed) Connections and through tickets available on Stagecoach routes X4, X32 and 132 to/from Cardiff (change at Pontypridd Bus Station) ONLY UNTIL 24th DECEMBER 2009. From 2nd January 2010 a revised service will be operated by Glamorgan Bus Service - details to follow.
