Harvest Festival

Celebrate the harvest with apple-related activities including a Harvest Festival Service of Thanksgiving at 3pm conducted by the Rural Dean of Caerphilly. Free event.

Big Draw Campaign

Get back to the drawing board and be more creative. Join us in a weekend of interactive art based activities for all ages and skill levels against the background of the Manor House and gardens. Free admission.

Local History Conference

Following the success of the inaugural Conference last year Llancaiach Fawr will be hosting another wide-ranging programme. Admission by ticket only. Details and booking from www.gelligaerhistoricalsociety.co.uk.

Half Term

Story of the Gunpowder Plot
Hear the real story of the treason of the Gunpowder Plot from the Servants in the Manor House. However, their version does not include bonfires or fireworks!

Hallowe'en Friday 31st October

Childrens Disco Party

Games and activities, Fancy Dress and pumpkin lantern competitions held in the Barn. Recommended age range 5 – 11 years. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 6.30pm – 9 pm.
Admission £5 per person.

Evening of Clairvoyance

Another chance to hear Alan Thomas.
In the Education Centre. Tickets £8.50 per person. Pre-booking essential.
