New Clubs

1). New Clubs wishing to use grounds in Caerphilly County Borough must apply to the Outdoor Facilities Department in writing in June, before the start of the coming season. If the club is successful in their application then Terms and Conditions will be sent out to them. The club must read and sign the form to say they will adhere to the Terms and Conditions and return them before the last Friday in June.

2). Only when the Outdoor Facilities Department, receive the signed Terms and Conditions back from the club will the ground request be processed and a ground allocation letter sent out to them confirming the ground. The club must then sign and return the ground allocation letter to us in the envelope provided along with a current fixture list for the coming season. This allows the team to book a fixture on the ground.

Established Clubs

Established clubs who have been allocated grounds the previous season will automatically be sent out the Terms and Conditions forms to apply for the coming season.

Part 2). of the above then applies there are no exceptions

Clubs who do not send in their fixture list at the start of the season will be refused booking.
