Parks Services has a variety of outdoor pitches available for hire at different parks around the County Borough.

Football and Rugby pitches are available during the winter and cricket pitches, tennis courts and bowling greens are available during the summer. Most of these facilities also have changing rooms with showers.

Please contact Parks Services to book a football or rugby pitch.

Facilities

There are 116 Soccer and Rugby pitches provided by the Council and over 2200 individual matches were played on them last year

The County Borough has 19 Bowling greens used by over 40 different Bowling teams

Parks Services provides all year round bowling in one of the finest indoor Bowls Centres in South Wales

25 cricket clubs play on the 11 cricket pitches within the county borough

18 tennis courts
