The Caerphilly Bisnet Project Team are located at Tredomen Business and Technology Centre and provide free and independent ICT advice and a range of ICT support initiatives including training and eProcurement.
IT Demonstration Suite
The recently refitted IT Demonstration Suite is open for business. Here, businesses can "try before they buy" and find out whether the IT software is going to be suitable for their business. The Suite has popular business applications available for trial such as accountancy packages, CAD, Microsoft Solutions and open source. A range of computer hardware is also available. ICT Training
To help businesses improve their web and IT skills, regular training courses are provided free of charge at the IT Training Suite, Tredomen Business and Technology Centre.
Training courses are delivered by accredited trainers on such topics as:
- Web site design: From basics to content managed systems
- VOIP telephony and broadband
- Search Engine Optimisation
In addition to training courses the Bisnet advisors provide one-to-one introductions to a wide range of business software either in the Caerphilly ICT Centre or, if appropriate, on your business premises.
