If you are accessing services, your care manager will usually arrange for someone from our Income Maximisation Team to visit you to provide you with general benefits advice, and offer help with any benefits you or anyone else in your household may be eligible for.
They do not provide a direct service to the public, but currently work with people who are already using our social care services.
