Bus stops and shelters

There are over 1200 bus stops in Caerphilly, around 460 bus shelters and 4 bus stations and they are an important part of a bus journey.

Bus stops in the county borough have been improved and have fully glazed, modern bus shelters, easy access to buses by kerbs and footways designed to make the step onto the bus easier. We also provide comprehensive timetable information at over 500 bus stops and are working through a regeneration programme of our bus stations.

Report damage to a bus shelter or bus stop

Shelters are provided for the benefit of local bus passengers. With your help and support, they should remain in a clean and tidy condition.

If you discover a damaged bus stop or shelter, you can report it to us online.

Alternatively, call Passenger Transport on 01495 235223 or email travelinks@caerphilly.gov.uk.
