Website Take up Survey
It is important to us that we understand more about the profile of our website visitors and their needs, and how well our website is performing in terms of visitor numbers and satisfaction.
For this reason, the council is participating in the Website Take-up Service. This is an exit survey whereby every fifth visitor to the website is invited to complete a short survey when they leave the website.
If you are invited to complete the survey a window will appear where you will be given two options, "Yes, I'm happy to help" or "No, not at this time". If you answer Yes, the survey will appear when you close the website.
Whether or not you choose "Yes" or "No", you will not be invited to complete the survey again until the survey is updated (usually every 12 months), at which time, earlier invitations will be ignored.
The survey consists of sixteen questions and takes between three and four minutes to complete.
