The Community Furniture Enterprise Rhymney offers excellent quality furniture at low prices across the valleys.
A wide selection of good quality furniture and white goods are available to purchase at competitive prices these include living room, bedroom and other furniture, washing machines, fridge-freezers, dishwashers, toasters, kettles.
We are open to everyone whether you are working, on a low income or benefits. If you are in receipt of benefits there is a substantial discount available.
Donations
The Community Furniture Enterprise (CFE) is reliant on donations from the community and can arrange to collect unwanted household items from residents for refurbishment and resale. They are particularly interested in receiving beds and electrical items.
If you wish to donate to the Community Furniture Enterprise you will need to check a few things before you phone:
- Upholstered furniture must have passed 1988 fire safety standards to be reusable. Please check that all upholstery has a label, saying that it conforms to fire safety standards.
- Can it be reused and is it working? We can carry out minor repairs, but unfortunately we can not collect items that need extensive repairs.
