Food safety

Our role is to protect consumers and employees in the Caerphilly county borough from food poisoning and contaminated, unfit food. We ensure that food premises comply with Food Safety Legislation by inspecting, sampling, enforcing and educating within approximately 1400 premises in which food is handled.
