Assessment beds enable you to regain skills and confidence following a period of illness, long stay in hospital or breakdown of care at home. The staff will work closely with you to prepare a plan, which will enable you to re-build the skills and confidence that you will require to return home.
The Meals on Wheels Service is a lifeline to many people who are housebound or disabled with delivery of traditional hot or frozen meals to your home.
We can arrange for an Occupational Therapist to assess you and your home with the possibility of providing equipment and/or adapting your home to make it easier for you to continue to live there.
