The Caerphilly County Borough Social Care Partnership was established in 2002 to represent the social care workforce in the county borough. This includes staff in the voluntary, independent and statutory sectors. The partnership is led by the council and informed by the commissioners of services.
Through a planned approach to training, and by seeking to increase the take-up of training, the partnership increases the proportion of staff across the whole social care sector with the qualifications, skills and knowledge they need for the work they do.
