Welsh church fund

To promote the activities of voluntary organisations which benefit the people of Caerphilly county borough and enrich local communities.

Who can apply?

Registered voluntary societies, movements and institutions which contribute towards local community life. Generally it is anticipated that churches or chapels only, are eligible for funding. However, if there are other beliefs/religions, which require funding then please contact Gaynor Elliott, details given below.

To apply for funding you need to complete an application form. These are available from:

Level of funding available

Grants are for capital schemes only and a grant of no more than £2,000 will be given to partly fund projects of £6,000 and over. Smaller projects (less than £6,000) will be grant aided up to one third of the total cost.

How often are grant applications considered?

Applications are considered 3-4 times a year.
