Caerphilly Library Service provides a special service for residents of the borough who are housebound or disabled.
As part of this service we can offer library resources delivered direct to their own homes.
If you think you would be eligible for the service, or have a family member who would benefit from this, you can request this service online.
Once you have sumitted this form our Community Development Manager will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs and eligibility.
