We are committed to improving the quality of services we provide to our residents. We have set clear standards, objectives and performance measures for all our services in the Annual Improvement Plan. The Plan lets local people and organisations know what we are doing and how well we are doing it.
The Improvement Plan and Improvement Objectives are linked to the Community Strategy, which sets out a 10-15 year partnership vision for the future of the county borough and how we all intend to work together towards that vision. We are eager to contribute fully to partnership work to translate this long-term vision into reality.
