Purchase or lease of land

Garage plots
Corporate Property Services manages over 1000 plots of land throughout the county borough that may be used for the construction of a garage or hardstanding. A charge is made annually for rental (£81 for 2009/10) and there is a small administration charge (currently £35) to set up the tenancy.

Grazing land
Occasionally, we may have a small amount of land available for grazing. Some of this land is held for future use or development and may only be available for a short period.
