The Examination in respect of the 'Caerphilly County Borough Local Development Plan' (LDP) is now formally closed.
The Inspector's Report entitled 'Report on the Examination into the Caerphilly County Borough Local Development Plan Up to 2021' has been submitted to the council and is now available to view below.
The Inspector has concluded that with the recommended changes outlined in his report, the LDP satisfies the requirements of section 64(5) of the 2004 Act and meets the tests of soundness in LDP Wales.
